The amount of water you drink depends on your size and activity level. Rule of thumb try and drink 0.5oz-1oz of water per LB of body weight. Ex. 150lbs =150oz.
If your body gets dehydrated, your body works harder to circulate your blood through your system. Not only is it harder for your body to receive the nutrients from the foods you eat, but your oxygen is not being circulated efficiently. As a result, your brain becomes less active and your body feels fatigued and tired. This makes it harder to get a good workout, be in a good mood and burn more calories.
