I was disappointed with shipping. You charge for shipping which is 2-5 days and that didn’t happen. I was given the excuse that with the sales you are running it out you behind. I wouldn’t charge people shipping if you can’t fulfill the order in that time. I love the bottle over all. My only complaint is there is not key hook like the gallon gear and the mouthpiece is a bit rough.

Bought this for my girlfriend because we gym together. She said it’s so convenient as it holds her phone and car keys so she doesn’t lose them at the gym. The bottle is very good looking to the point she even takes it to work with her. Says it helps her remember to drink enough water throughout the day!

I have only ever had the gallon jug from here and have been using it for the past three years. I recently purchased this bottle to have something a little lighter during my workout and it is perfect! I use my gallon during the day and keep the bottle in my car and the water stays cold and is ready for me to use:)
