My favorite water bottle super convenient!

I love the product but I specifically asked before ordering for extra protective coverings around the bottle because the shipment was going to travel a long way. I recieved it in a torn up and thin box with a dent in the bottle that i fixed manually, so I’m giving 3 stars for completely ignoring my request.
