I contacted customer service about a broken lid on my gallon gear jug. They immediately sent a replacement free of charge. I will definitely do business with this company again and encourage everyone I know to do so as well. Thank you!!

i had an issue with the lid on my gallon gear jug, found it leaking due to the fact that it cracked. i emailed gallon gear and with out any hassle they took care of the issue and sent me a new one. this is the way a company should stand behind their products. very pleased with my jug and with the service i have received so far. great job gallon gear.
