Had my Gallon gear bottle for almost 2 years before the cap broke. I got a new one in a cool red color. Shipped promptly and arrived in good condition packaged well.

GallonGear is great, I’ve had my Gallon going on 2yrs now, never had any issues other than my cap starting to not keep a seal and popping off, GallonGear having awesome customer service was quick to take action and sent me out a replacement cap which works perfectly and solved any issues I was having. Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry and send me a replacement cap. My order was placed 3/26/21 and now going two weeks still not received my order. This is no discredit to Gallon Gear just unfortunate situation with the Post Office.
